February Fun
We love February! This past month was a lot of fun. It started out with celebrating our third anniversary of our Family Day on the 6th. It is so hard to believe that we have been home for three years. We had a great time taking the train to San Juan Capistrano with Sam, David and Jarrah. We enjoyed a visit to the petting zoo and somehow managed to avoid all of the rain showers. Check out Sam's lovely blog about our day over here.
Paul's Parents celebrated their 50th anniversary, also on the 6th! We enjoyed a party at their church and a family trip to Yosemite as well. It was my (and Joy's) first visit there. We stayed in a huge cabin with Paul's parents, his brother Jim, our sister-in-law, Marta and their three boys. Joy was very spoiled with attention and we were spoiled with built in entertainment and babysitters. While we were there, it snowed about a foot! I had never been in a snow storm. I could not believe how beautiful and how quiet it is.
To round out our month of festivities, we celebrated the Year of the Ox with our Families with Children from China group. This must have been Joy's favorite celebration to date. Who wouldn't love a party where you get to be in a lion dance, play with you best friend, eat noodles, watch another amazing lion dance and then top it all off with a visit to Fusion for slushies? (Thanks, Sam!)

Love the pictures. Joy and Jarrah are two little peas in a pod. It's wonderful to celebrate your life together.
Love,
