Boring Title Just to Post More Pics

Here are more pics
Here's Mommy/Auntie with our Chongqing hotel neigbor Gracie.
Gracie's the quiet type.
Here we are with our friends from the Chongqing hotel restaurant. We wish we could have adopted Stone, on our left, as well.

Here's Mary being interviewed by the "clothing police," grandmothers who want to verify that you have clothed your baby in a satisfactorily warm manner.
We passed!!!! Chongqing is not a touristy place at all. In fact, outside of our travel group of 8 families, we only saw a few non-Chinese people and ALL of them were adoptive families. We are quite interesting to the city folk and they were all very warm and friendly. Speaking of other adoptive families, we ran into a group from Spain. It was interesting to be in China, and be speaking neither English nor Chinese!!!
Because of ongoing technical difficulties, we now return in time to our trip to the orphanage. Here's the front gate.I'm off to do Consulate paperwork, and Mary is going to drop off Laundry across the street. Even in a distant faraway place on a magical journey, it all boils down to paperwork and laundry! See you soon.

Hi Sweethearts,
Lovely photos. The three of you look great - your'd never know you are 1/2 a world away and sleep deprived as if you are studying for finals with a toddler in the room.
Kudos to your efforts getting the pics posted. It is so appreciated.
We think of you often and check in when we are able.
Vincent says "goo" cause goo in Vince speak is good! He is liking his new friend Joy very much!
Stay well and Paul, take care of yourself.
Much love.

Hi Mary and Paul,
We are having so much fun reading about your journey. Mary, you look radiant, motherhood becomes you. Paul, you are a wonderful father. Joy is very lucky to have the two of you as parents.
We miss you and cannot wait to see you again,

Mary and Paul,
Sounds like things are mellowing out a bit now that you are at the famous White Swan. I hope that the rest of your trip continues to bring your new expanded family unit even closer together. You all look and sound very happy. Can't wait to meet your little angel (she literally looks like a little angel!)in person.
Love and hugs to you all!
:)

Hi mary and paul,
Wow, what a happy family of three! I love all of your pictures.
I heard of White Swan hotel when I was just a teenager, it is amazing to me that it has served so many adoptive families. It sounds like the place to be!
Have a great time in Gunazhou.
