Chinese New Year
I am on a roll, two blogs in one weekend!
Here are some photos from Chinese New Year. This one was put on by Families with Children from China (FCC) back at the beginning of this month.
This was especially fun for Joy and Jarrah, as they were able to take part in the Dragon Dance:

There were some professionals who put on a great show, too:
It seems that when we are near any kind of stage, it brings out the performers in Joy and Jarrah!
We finally did it. We wore "matchy" shirts. It went to a great cause called Half the Sky Foundation: Joy lived at a Half the Sky orphanage and we were so thankful to receive many photos and updates of her life starting at the time she entered the orphanage until right before we met her. The HTS nannies come to take care of and play with the babies in addition to recording the babies progress. But, that is just a small part of what HTS does. Please check out their website!
