Family Day Photos
Hello! We are back after a computer switch and some relearning of Blogger stuff. We have a bit of catching up to do! Back to February 6....
Here are some photos from the second anniversary of our Family Day. We had a great time with Sam, David and Jarrah. We took the train to San Juan Capistrano to see the petting zoo and have lunch (just like last year). What a difference a year makes! We didn't take half the stuff we took last year, including a stroller!
Here is Joy, about to get dressed and wearing her Family Day gift. It is a bracelet that we bought for her in China. While we were there, we bought 18 gifts for Joy, one to give to her each year on Family Day. Some are small, like a toy panda, and others are a bit more fancy, like a ring with her birthstone.

Here are the best buddies on the train, wearing cute little t-shirts from Sam that say "Double Trouble":

Just arrived at the SJC station:

The bunnies are very friendly at Zoomars Petting Zoo. This one had an eye on our lettuce.

Who can turn down a pony ride? Not Joy!! Although to her, they are "Horfees."

Nothing is more relaxing than having your coffee with several hundred furry animals eating carrots at your feet!

The guinea pigs were so adorable! Here are Joy and Paul feeding a very relaxed piggie:

Waiting "patiently" for their pony rides!
After lunch, we had a great time in a nearby park, dancing on a stage and watching Paul being silly!

Two years with our sweetie pie. We can't believe it. Seeing her grow up so quickly in these photos makes me feel so proud and at the same time, so very melancholy. I guess that is a big part of being a parent. I grow to understand my own mom more everyday.
